Do you long for pain-free PLEASURABLE sex But don’t know how to make that happen?

I can help with that!

Was this your first time having sex? Did you just have a baby? Did you have pelvic surgery? Has sex always been painful? Have you gone through menopause? People often try to find an excuse for their pain with sex, but I’m here to tell you that painful sex does not need to be your normal!

Hi! I’m Dr. Emily Pace! I am a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor dysfunction. I work with clients every day who are experiencing pain with sex, pelvic exams, insertion of fingers or toys, or use of menstrual products. I knew the work that I do could help these patients eliminate pain and enjoy pleasurable sex. I realized my clients needed a resource to help navigate the return to sex.

I started this project with the idea of creating a handout for my patients. I was always describing positions, or worse drawing stick figures, and my clients deserved better. This started my hunt for a guide to buy and hand out, but everything I found was difficult to understand, very basic, or very pornographic. Since I couldn’t find what I wanted, I decided to create it myself. It grew from simply being a handout to give to my patients into a comprehensive guide to empower them to return to pain-free and pleasurable sex.

And now it’s available for you too!
