Ways to Work With Me

Whether you’re looking for individualized pelvic floor care, support as you navigate life after birth, or simply a way to move and connect with your community, there’s a place for you here.

One-on-One Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Individualized care. Rooted in your goals.

If want personalized attention and a plan tailored specifically to your body and concerns, one-on-one pelvic floor physical therapy provides the space to slow down, ask questions, and get to the root of what’s going on.

I offer individualized pelvic floor physical therapy at Roots & Wings Midwifery, where each visit is one-on-one with me. We’ll work together to understand what you’re experiencing, identify contributing factors, and create a treatment plan that fits your goals and your life.

Common reasons people seek care include:

  • Pregnancy-related pelvic floor concerns

  • Postpartum changes and recovery

  • Pelvic pain or painful intercourse

  • Urinary or bowel concerns

  • Pelvic organ prolapse

  • Core and pelvic floor dysfunction

  • Returning to exercise, running, or other activities

  • Preparing for birth and the postpartum period

Bodywise Postpartum

A supported approach to navigating your postpartum body.

Postpartum care is about more than simply “getting your body back.” Your body has changed, and knowing how to move, exercise, manage pressure, and respond to symptoms can make a big difference in how you feel.

Bodywise Postpartum with Dr. Emily Pace is a 4-week pelvic health program designed to give you education, movement, individualized guidance, and community as you navigate this season.

The program begins with an individual one-on-one session where we talk through your history, concerns, goals, and core and pelvic floor strategies.

From there, you’ll join a small group for four sessions focused on topics such as:

  • Understanding pelvic floor and prolapse symptoms

  • Returning to exercise with a plan

  • Bowel function

  • Returning to intercourse

  • Body mechanics and pressure management

  • Strength and movement

  • The mental and physical changes of postpartum life

You don't have to figure it all out on your own.

Walk at Your Pace

Movement. Community. No pressure.

Sometimes pelvic health care looks like physical therapy. Sometimes it looks like getting outside, moving your body, and finding people who understand what season of life you're in.

Walk at Your Pace is my free community walk held on Wednesdays. It’s an opportunity to move, connect, and build community in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.

The walk is open to everyone—whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, navigating pelvic floor concerns, or simply looking for a reason to get outside and move.

No cost. No fancy equipment. No experience required. Just come as you are.
